I am particularly interested in serving small and medium businesses (SMBs), a market historically underserved by both established consulting firms and software vendors.  Again, the Internet and SaaS are leveling the playing field by making affordable tools available to collaborate with customers, business partners, and employees.  I'd like to offer my extensive, hands-on business operations experience and passion for SaaS to improve your company's productivity.

I am a seasoned business consultant well suited to serve in longer-term interim roles or project-manage shorter-term assignments.  Throughout the assignment knowledge will be shared so that a smooth transition will occur to the individual(s) assuming ongoing responsibilities.  With a smaller organization it is often necessary for multiple roles to be filled by a single individual - I am well accustomed to that environment and would relish the chance to further optimize a lean organization structure.  While my varied experience makes me adaptable to a wide variety of roles, I have particular experience serving these functions:


  • product delivery and client service/management
  • sales operations and pre-sales support

Fees charged are negotiable and reflective of the length of the interim role or project assignment.
