My name is Andy Groh and I am a business operations specialist focused on optimizing the efficiency and experience of customers, employees, and business partners. 

I have a strong grasp of technology, finance, and law gained through serving in various front and back-office business roles and industries.  I draw on this knowledge and client-facing experience to devise solutions to cross-functional business problems - but ensure those solutions are consistent with overall company objectives, work within existing resource and legal constraints, and support customer satisfaction.  

I am a big proponent in using technology to enable operational effectiveness but believe its selection and adoption should be driven by justifiable business and customer demands.  I'm particularly passionate about the flexibility and business user control granted by today's web-based software that allow swift adaptation to shifting strategies.  However I'm also mindful of the need for "the business" and these Internet-based services to co-exist with any current IT systems and personnel in terms of satisfying more technical requirements such as governance, security, backup, and compliance.
